一、课程简介

 

儒家学说在中国古代传承了近3000年,对中国乃至东亚的社会文化产生了深远的影响。儒家经典尤其是十三经作为儒学的重要载体,自古以来得到很多人的重视与研读。我们希望借助对十三经的介绍与选择性研读,以此来了解儒学,了解中国古代文化的内涵,从而实现对中华优秀文化的传承与发扬。

 

二、课程目标

 

目标有三:(1)了解中国古代儒家经典尤其是十三经的基本情况;(2)可以借助研读儒经,来提升古汉语阅读与研究的水平;(3)通过学习儒家经典,可以提升学生的学术视野、道德素养与审美情趣。

 

三、教学内容和学时分配

(一)绪言,十三经的介绍    2学时

主要内容:介绍十三经的形成,孔子与十三经的关系,以及十三经在中国古代的价值与意义。

教学要求:认真听课,参与讨论,阅读课外参考书

(二)《论语》介绍与研读    2学时

主要内容:介绍《论语》的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响。同时,选择《论语》之中的一些片段进行研读分析。

教学要求:希望同学们提前准备,对所选定的片段进行预习、体悟。

(三)《孝经》介绍与研读   2学时

主要内容:介绍《孝经》的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响。同时,选择《孝经》中的经典片段进行分析研读。

教学要求:要求学生提前阅读《孝经》,并对所选定的片段进行学习。

(四)《诗经》介绍与研读   2学时

主要内容:介绍《诗经》的成书、内容、思想及其对传统文化的影响等。同时,选择《诗经》中的几首诗歌进行分析、研读。

教学要求:希望同学们提前对这几首诗歌进行查阅、研究。

(五)《尚书》介绍与研读   2学时

主要内容:介绍《尚书》的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响等。同时,选择《尚书》中的篇章进行分析研读。

教学要求:希望同学们提前对《尚书》相关研究文章与书籍进行阅读,并对所选择的篇章进行研读。

(六)《周易》介绍与研读  2学时

主要内容:介绍《周易》的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响等。同时,选择《周易》中的篇章进行分析研读。

教学要求:希望同学们提前阅读与《周易》有关系的书籍文章。同时,研读所选择《周易》卦爻辞。

(七)三《礼》介绍与研读  2学时

主要内容:介绍三《礼》的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响等。同时,对所选择三《礼》的片段进行分析研读。

教学要求:希望同学们提前阅读与三《礼》有关系的书籍文章。同时,选择三《礼》中的片段进行分析研读。

(八)《春秋》三传的介绍与研读   2学时

主要内容:介绍《春秋》三传的成书、内容、思想及其对中华传统文化的影响等。同时,研读所选择的《春秋》三传的片段。

教学要求:要求学生提前了解《春秋》三传及相关情况。并提前预习所选择的《春秋》三传的片段。

Overview:

The course belongs to the module of Social Development and Civic Responsibility and it is a stand-alone semester course which is available in fall semester each year.

The course has been opened many times and it is open to all students who meet prerequisite.

Course content

What changes have occurred in the world economy? How to treat the development of economic globalization and the rise of anti-trend of economic globalization? What are the main characteristics of economic globalization? Why Western countries occur subprime financial crisis and sovereign debt crisis? Why the great innovation of Jobs take place in America? In the process of economic globalization, which representative economic development patterns have mainly been formed? What did the prosperity of the BRICK enlighten us? Under the background of economic globalization, what changes have taken place in China’s economy and what kind of challenges are we facing? This course will use the related theories and a lot of cases to make the content easy to understand. The lecturer will gradually and vividly introduce the historical evolution of economic globalization, the main characteristics and policy impact on China’s economy and the countermeasures, taking you to experience the magnificent charm of economic globalization.

Learning Objectives:

By learning this course, the students should complete the following objectives

Ø To understand the historical background, process, and specific characteristics of the economic globalization;

Ø To be able to observe the development characteristics and basic trend of China's economic from the view of economic globalization;

Ø To strengthen the international vision and to improve the comprehensive quality and ability using the econometric methods to observe the world.

Grading:

 

Ø Final grade is based on attendance ,in-class characteristics, assignments and final paper;

Ø Student are required to write reading notes of the recommended background textbooks or required readings;

Ø The final course grade will be numeric(40% of the regular grade and 60% of the final paper )

Ø If the grade ranges from 90 or more that are regarded as exceptionalif the grade ranges from 80 to 90 that are regarded as goodif the grade ranges from 70 to 80 that are regarded as satisfactoryif the grade ranges from 60 to70 that are regarded as unsatisfactoryif the grade ranges below 60 that are regarded as failing.
